Specifics

Spacious one-level 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home on private and secluded half-acre lot overlooking beautiful Ocean Point golf course. You are steps away from the 6th tee box and a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. Hardwood floors throughout and tastefully decorated. Stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities. Air conditioned sunroom with spectacular views of the half-acre property and golf course. The home is also equipped with a quiet office space perfect for working remotely if needed.

We encourage all renters to stop at the grocery store in Beaufort to get supplies that you will need for your stay. We prefer to stop at Publix or Walmart on Highway 21. A starter pack of detergents will be provided but please plan to have these on hand. Other supplies you will need include paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soaps, food and beverages.

Amenity Information

Amerity cards may be purchased for $50 apiece. Amenity cards are not required for children 13 years old and under. Amenity cards gain access to the pools, restaurants, golf/tennis and marina excursions. If you do not have an amenity card but would still like to rent an additional golf cart, please check out We See Um Rentals or Seeside Scoot Coupes for two-seater buggies.

Availability begins to fill up quick beginning in late Winter to early Spring, so be sure to book in advance! All bookings can be made through Fripp Island Stay, or by contacting us directly via E-mail.
